On behalf of the Vizion7 Residents and Leaseholders Association (V7RLA), we are preparing to launch a claim to recover unreasonable service charge costs linked to mismanagement of the development. This includes a major electricity overspend of c. £600,000, amongst other possible claim areas, which we'd explore with legal representation.
